Stuffed peppers are a dish with a rich history, common in the cuisines of various nations around the world. Sweet peppers filled with tender pork mince and rice simmer in aromatic tomato sauce, gaining juiciness and depth of flavor. Carrots add a slight sweetness, while spices provide depth and harmony. This combination makes the dish particularly cozy and homely. The finishing touch is sour cream and a pinch of sugar that add softness and a hint of creaminess. Stuffed peppers can be served as a standalone dish or with a side, such as mashed potatoes or fresh vegetables. They are perfect for family dinners, filling the home with warmth and aroma.
