Chicken tikka is a fragrant and spicy dish rooted in Indian traditions but adapted in European cuisine. Its base is tender chicken fillet marinated in a spice-rich yogurt mixture with coriander, cumin, garlic, ginger, and curry. The long marination gives the meat tenderness and rich flavor, while grilling adds an appetizing golden crust. Chicken tikka is perfect as a standalone dish or as a base for other culinary variations like sauces or in burritos and salads. Its vibrant spicy taste, light lime tang, and tender texture make it a favorite choice for fans of rich aromas and exquisite yet easy-to-make food.
