Insert wooden skewers into the sausages, leaving about 8 cm free. Lightly coat in flour.
- Wheat flour: 4 tablespoons

For the dough, mix flour with baking powder, 2 tablespoons of wheat flour, and baking soda with 125 ml of water, then add a lightly beaten egg. Transfer to a processor and knead well to combine the ingredients. Place the dough in a bowl.
- Flour with baking powder: 30 g
- Wheat flour: 4 tablespoons
- Soda: 0.3 teaspoon
- Chicken egg: 1 piece

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet. Holding a wooden stick, dip the sausages in the batter until fully coated. Shake off the excess batter.
- Frankfurt sausages: 8 pieces
- Vegetable oil: to taste

Carefully lower the sausages into the heated oil, holding the end of the stick. Hold for a few seconds until the sausages float on their own. Fry for about 1 minute until golden and crispy. Carefully transfer to a paper towel. Repeat the same with all sausages. Serve with ketchup.
