Grilled Pollock

Grilled pollock is a true delight for lovers of aromatic fish with a crispy crust. The simplicity of preparation combines with a richness of flavors: the tender white meat of the pollock gains depth from a marinade of soy sauce, mayonnaise, and spices. Parsley adds fresh herbal notes, while grilling imparts a light smoky hue to the dish. European cuisine has long appreciated pollock for its versatility, and grilling makes it perfect for summer outdoor dinners. The dish is light yet filling, and the appetizing golden crust combined with the softness of the flesh turns each serving into a gastronomic pleasure. Grilled pollock can be served with vegetables, lemon, or fresh bread to create a harmony of flavors.
