Shrimp with ginger-garlic sauce

Clean the shrimp, leaving the heads and tails, and remove the intestinal vein.
- Tiger prawns: 1 kg

Prepare the marinade: chop parsley and 2 cloves of garlic, mix them with oil and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
- Parsley: 2 sprigs
- Garlic: 6 cloves
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce: 6 tablespoons

Marinate the shrimp for 30 minutes.

Chop the onion finely.

In a blender, blend 4 cloves of garlic, ginger, pepper, paprika, 6 tablespoons of soy sauce, a pinch of salt, and honey into a paste.
- Garlic: 6 cloves
- Ginger root: 20 g
- Ground black pepper: pinch
- Sweet paprika: 2 teaspoons
- Soy sauce: 6 tablespoons
- Salt: 1 g
- Honey: 2 teaspoons

Pour the wine and stir.
- White wine: 0.5 glass

Heat a pan with a little olive oil and quickly fry the shrimp on both sides.
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon

Remove from heat.

In the same pan, adding more oil, fry the onion until golden.
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
- Onion: 1 head

Pour in the sauce, add salt, and simmer it in the pan for 4-5 minutes until it thickens.
