Buzara is a refined dish of Serbian cuisine that embodies the rich traditions of the Mediterranean. This simple yet sophisticated dish hails from coastal regions where seafood is the foundation of gastronomic culture. The lobster simmered in white wine becomes tender, while tomatoes, garlic, and parsley fill it with freshness and spice. Bay leaves and black pepper add depth to the flavor, and breadcrumbs provide texture, creating a harmonious blend. Buzara is perfect for a romantic dinner or special occasion—it is served with a crispy baguette and a glass of chilled white wine to highlight its elegant sophistication.
