Sort the bean pods, wash them, remove the strings, cut into strips, boil in salted water and drain in a sieve.
- Green beans: 200 g
- Salt: to taste

Cut carrot, bell pepper, celery, and garlic into strips, place in a pot, cover with water to submerge the ingredients, and boil.
- Carrot: 30 g
- Sweet pepper: 30 g
- Celery root: 40 g
- Garlic: 2 g

After that, add boiled bean pods and sliced tomatoes to the vegetables, pour in sunflower oil, and cook on low heat until ready.
- Green beans: 200 g
