Place sliced potatoes, onion rings, bell pepper, dried apricots, peeled tomatoes, and fatty pork cut into pieces weighing 50-60 grams in a clay dish.
- Potato: 100 g
- Onion: 25 g
- Sweet pepper: 25 g
- Dried apricots: 30 g
- Tomatoes: 50 g
- Green beans: 50 g
- Mutton: 150 g

Place the products in a dish, salt them, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs (various), pour in water to cover the meat and vegetables, and bake in the oven for 1.5–2 hours.
