In heated oil in a frying pan, add ginger and garlic. Sauté on all sides until lightly browned over medium heat, then set aside on a plate.

Next, add onion and pepper to the garlic-ginger oil and mix. After 3 minutes, transfer the sauté to a plate.

Now lay out the turkey cut into large cubes.

Once the turkey is browned, stir and cover with a lid.

Add sumac after 3-4 minutes. Stir.

Move the meat to one side and place the greens on the other. Cover with a lid.
