French-style pork is a dish that, despite its name, has Slavic roots. It became popular in Russia due to its simplicity and the tender taste of baked meat infused with aromatic spices and juicy vegetables. Pieces of pork neck are beaten for tenderness and baked with onions, Provencal herbs, and mayonnaise, creating a rich bouquet of flavors. Tomatoes add freshness while melted cheese forms an appetizing crust. This dish is perfect for cozy family dinners, festive gatherings, or simply moments of gastronomic delight.
