Pour oil into the pan and place it on high heat, add a couple of pinches of coarse sea salt.

Send the broccoli to the hot pan.
- Frozen Broccoli: 200 g

After 3-4 minutes, stir and reduce the heat a bit.

Season the cabbage with dried basil.
- Dried basil: 1 tablespoon

Stir and fry for another 5–7 minutes.

Add room temperature heavy cream to the cabbage.
- Cream 23%: 180 ml

Stir and reduce the heat to minimum.

As soon as the cream starts to boil, move all the cabbage to the center of the pan and cover with two pieces of cheese.
- Havarti cheese: 75 g

Season with aromatic herbs and black pepper on top. Remove from heat and cover, waiting for the cheese to melt completely.
- Provencal herbs: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste
