Cut the fish fillet into cubes. Put butter and a spoon of vegetable oil in the pan.
- Sevan trout: 200 g
- Butter: 100 g
- Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon

Fry the fish for 3 minutes. Then add the pre-soaked bulgur, spinach, and soy sauce. Season to taste. Fry for another 3 minutes.

While the fish is frying, prepare the side dish. Cut young green beans into strips and tomatoes into cubes. Add cilantro to taste. Mix and season with lemon juice.
