Make three cuts in each breast and place them in a non-metallic bowl.
- Chicken breast: 4 pieces

Mix salt, ginger, curry, chili, lemon juice, sugar, and yogurt. Coat the chicken, cover with a lid and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Salt: 2 teaspoons
- Ground ginger: 2 teaspoons
- Curry powder: 2 tablespoons
- Ground chili pepper: 2 teaspoons
- Lemon juice: 3 tablespoons
- Sugar: 1 teaspoon
- Natural yoghurt: 250 ml
