Mexican cod is an amazing combination of fresh seafood and rich spice aromas. Although the dish has a Mexican name, it fits harmoniously into European cuisine due to its lightness and elegance. A light marinade of lemon juice and spices makes the fish tender, while fried garlic adds a pronounced, slightly spicy flavor. Cilantro completes the composition, adding freshness and an exotic touch. This dish is perfect for a light dinner or an exquisite festive table. It can be served with rice, fresh vegetables, or Mexican tortillas to highlight the spicy character of the dish.
