In a large mixing glass filled halfway with ice, pour in all the ingredients and stir thoroughly with a bar spoon.
- Gin: 220 ml
- Kalpis: 60 ml
- Sugar syrup: 90 ml
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice: 40 ml
- Yuzu juice: 40 ml
- Soda water: 330 ml

Strain and pour into a liter bottle.

Serve in a bottle in an ice bucket, with shot glasses for gin.
