Wash and sort the cranberries. Peel and slice the ginger root.
- Fresh cranberries: 1 glass
- Fresh ginger: 50 g

In a jug or decanter, add cranberries, cloves, pepper, ginger, cinnamon, and pour vodka.

- Carnation: 1 teaspoon

Place in a dark place and let it steep for a week.

Strain (a dark loose sediment from the cranberry will appear). Add honey and let it sit for a couple of days.
