Irish Coffee

Irish coffee is the embodiment of warmth and sophistication. This legendary drink was born in Ireland in the 1940s when bartender Joe Sheridan decided to warm frozen travelers at Foynes Airport. By combining strong hot coffee, Irish whiskey, and the sweetness of sugar, he created an unmatched balance of flavors, while whipped cream gently floating on top added elegance to the drink. Irish coffee is sipped slowly to enjoy the richness of flavor: the bitterness of coffee, the warming strength of whiskey, the softness of cream, and a hint of sweetness. This drink is perfect for cozy evenings by the fireplace, friendly gatherings, or as an exquisite finish to a dinner. Its magic lies in the simplicity of the recipe, but each combination of ingredients turns it into a true art of enjoyment.
