Tropical Forest Lemonade

This lemonade is prepared in the Moscow restaurant Lesnoy, where everything is somehow subordinated to the forest. Even if it is a tropical one - with mango and passion fruit. Evgeny Maksimov, bar manager of the restaurant Lesnoy, shared the recipe with us.

Ingredients

• Mango: 400 g
• Passion fruit pulp: 400 g
• Soda water: 400 ml
• Passion fruit: 1 pc
• Ice: to taste

Cooking steps

1. Mix all the ingredients.

   Required ingredients:

   • Mango: 400 g
   • Passion fruit pulp: 400 g
   • Soda water: 400 ml
   • Passion fruit: 1 piece

2. Blend in the blender.

3. Strain into glasses.

4. Add ice if desired.

5. Garnish with half a passion fruit.

6. Serve!
