This liqueur is made in the Tula restaurant-brewery "Petr Petrovich", which is located in the Tula central park. Place the lingonberries, sugar, and rosemary in a glass jar, pour vodka over them, and close the lid.
- Cowberry: 1 kg
- Sugar: 100 g
- Rosemary: 7 g

Store in a dark place for a month. After the first week, stir for complete dissolution of sugar.
