Strawberry with sage

For Rose Bar, Evgeny Maksimov came up with a hot cocktail that ranks as "for dessert": zero alcohol and a dessert bouquet of strawberries, honey and herbs. But the main core of the drink is the union of perfume-sweet berries, the aroma of which only increases the heat, and astringent sage leaves. You can get drunk from the smell alone, it's been tested.     Mash the strawberries (leave a couple for decoration) into a puree, combine in a pitcher with honey, ginger juice, a couple of fresh sage leaves, and hot water, then warm it up with steam.

    Required ingredients:

    At home — combine the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil over heat.
