Anti-cold tea

Cold-fighting tea is a true find for chilly days. Its roots lie in the traditions of Russian folk medicine, where herbal blends helped combat colds and strengthen immunity. This aromatic drink combines the healing properties of chamomile, yarrow, St. John's wort, and lemon balm, adding warming ginger and spicy cardamom. Lemon zest adds freshness while a pinch of black pepper enhances the warming effect. The tea's flavor is rich, full-bodied, and slightly astringent with light citrus and herbal notes. It is enjoyed hot, savoring each sip that brings warmth and relief at the first signs of a cold. This drink is not just a remedy but also a cozy warming pleasure.

6
Add a pinch of black ground pepper to the tea.

Place the kettle at 90 degrees. If that's not possible, bring the water to a boil and wait a bit (about 3 minutes), as boiling water can strip herbs of their beneficial properties.
