Anti-cold berry juice

6 servings

15 minutes

Cold-fighting berry juice is a healing drink that harnesses the power of northern berries. Cranberries, sea buckthorn, lingonberries, viburnum, and hawthorn create a rich flavor with a slight tartness, while their rich composition helps strengthen immunity and combat colds. This juice is traditionally prepared in cold weather when the body needs natural support. The berries are first boiled to extract maximum nutrients and then infused to allow the drink to reveal its depth of flavor. It can be consumed warm for warming up after a winter walk or chilled as a refreshing vitamin elixir. It perfectly complements breakfast and serves as a tasty prevention of seasonal ailments.
