Apricot and plum lemonade

Apricot and plum are equal here, but this duet is too sweet, so I had to add lemon.

Remove the pits from the apricots and plums and place them in a small saucepan, add the zest and juice of one lemon, rosemary, sugar, and a cup of water. Put on the heat and bring to a boil.
- Apricots: 6 pieces
- Plums: 6 pieces
- Lemon: 1 piece
- Rosemary: 1 sprig
- Sugar: 360 g
- Water: 250 ml

Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool slightly. Blend all the contents together with a sprig of rosemary. It's important that the fruits are pureed.

Strain the resulting puree-like syrup through a sieve to remove the rosemary and achieve a smooth consistency.

Dilute the syrup with sparkling water to taste, about 1:8, add ice and serve.
