The most popular Spanish cocktail - refreshing in the heat and not too intoxicating. If someone is not feeling hot right now, you can just practice

In a small saucepan, mix sugar, cinnamon, cloves, and water. Place on heat and bring to a boil; once the sugar dissolves, remove the spiced syrup from heat.
- Sugar: 60 g
- Cinnamon sticks: 1 piece
- Carnation: 3 pieces
- Water: 100 ml

Cut the peach into cubes.
- Peaches: 1 piece

Slice the lemon into rings.
- Lemon: 1 piece

Peel and finely chop 1 orange.
- Oranges: 2 pieces

Cut the apples into cubes.
- Apple: 1 piece

Strain the syrup through a sieve into a large mixing bowl and add the juice of one orange.
- Oranges: 2 pieces

Add chopped fruits to the syrup.
- Peaches: 1 piece
- Apple: 1 piece
- Lemon: 1 piece

Pour wine and brandy over the fruits and mix.
- Red dry wine: 750 ml
- Brandy: 125 ml

Cover with film and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the fruits impart their flavors to the wine.

Add sparkling water and ice cubes to the sangria before serving.
- Carbonated water: 250 ml
- Ice: to taste
