Oriental sandwich with poached eggs

Peel the avocado, cut it into thin rectangles, drizzle with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Avocado: 1 piece

Clean the shrimp, remove the intestines, rinse them, cut in half lengthwise, season with salt and pepper, and add crushed garlic.

Slice the onion into thin rings, and the cucumbers as well. Chop the cilantro finely.

Boil poached eggs by adding wine vinegar and a teaspoon of salt to the water, then cool them down. (You can find the recipe earlier in my blog)

Fry the squid rings for about 1 minute in a hot pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Remove from the pan. Season with salt and pepper.
- Frozen squid rings: 10 pieces

Wash the pan, heat it up, add olive oil again, fry the shrimp for about 2 minutes, then remove from heat.

Toast the bread in a toaster, spread mayonnaise on each slice, and place cheese on top. Then arrange cucumber and onion rings, and evenly layer avocado on each toast, sprinkling with chopped cilantro.

Press down all layers slightly, then layer with squid rings followed by shrimp. Season with pepper.
