Basically, all the same familiar ingredients that we find in pancakes, but also a couple of bananas. Bananas are needed here for texture and flavor, so try to find the perfect banana - not green and not limp.

1
Melt the butter.
- Butter: 60 g

2
Mix butter with milk, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Butter: 60 g
- Milk: 200 ml
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon

3
In a separate bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Wheat flour: 180 g
- Brown sugar: 40 g
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon

4
Mash the bananas separately with a fork until they become puree.
- Bananas: 2 pieces

5
Combine the banana puree with the dry and wet mixtures. Mix until a uniform dough forms.
- Bananas: 2 pieces
- Wheat flour: 180 g
- Brown sugar: 40 g
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon
- Milk: 200 ml
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Butter: 60 g
- Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon

6
Heat a non-stick skillet. Pour some batter onto the skillet and fry for 2-3 minutes until bubbles appear on the surface of the batter.

7
Flip the pancake to the other side and fry for another 1-2 minutes. Do the same with the remaining batter.
