Kefir pancakes with banana
3 servings
30 minutes
Kefir pancakes with banana are a delicate, airy treat with a slight tang from the kefir and sweet caramelized notes of banana. This recipe originates from European culinary traditions, where kefir pancakes are valued for their softness and fluffiness. They are perfect for breakfast or a cozy tea time, and their simple ingredients make preparation quick and accessible. The secret to perfect pancakes is letting the batter rest to become even airier. Banana slices add fruity juiciness, while a light crispy crust makes the dish particularly appetizing. Serve them with honey, sour cream, or berries, enjoying every bite of this warm homemade delight.
