Baked cottage cheese and boiled condensed milk take morning syrniki to a new level - in this form they can easily migrate from breakfast to dessert. The recipe was shared with us by the chef of the restaurant "Matreshka " Vlad Piskunov.

1
Separate the eggs into yolks and whites, beat the whites. Then mix regular cottage cheese, yolks, flour, sugar, salt, and vanillin. Carefully fold the beaten whites into the mixture.
- Chicken egg: 4 pieces
- Cottage cheese: 1 kg
- Wheat flour: 100 g
- Sugar: 150 g
- Salt: to taste
- Vanillin: 1 piece
2
Shape the resulting mass into cheese pancakes; you can add raisins if you don't want to deal with filling.
3
Blend condensed milk and melted cottage cheese to make a homogeneous mass. Place 10 grams of the mixture in the center of each cheese pancake and seal it to keep the filling inside. Press lightly with your hand to flatten the pancake. Fry on both sides until golden brown, then bake in the oven until fully cooked.
- Boiled condensed milk: 500 g
- Melted cottage cheese: 1 kg
