Spread cream cheese on the bottom of the plate, crack 2 eggs, and pour cream over the yolks.
- Cream cheese: 30 g
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Cream 33%: 10 ml

Place in a water bath for 7-10 minutes and cover with a lid. The water level in the water bath should reach the level of the egg in the plate.

Take out the eggs and place pieces of smoked salmon on top. Serve with lightly toasted bread.
