Oatmeal pancake with apple

Once upon a time, oatmeal pancake was a classic breakfast exclusively for healthy lifestyle and PP adherents, but not long ago it went beyond the circle of like-minded people, and now it is cooked everywhere. Oatmeal pancake is a great alternative to the usual omelets and porridges and just a good way to satisfy your morning hunger.

Cut the apple into small pieces and put it in the pan.
- Apple: 1 piece

Add some water and sugar substitute to the apples, close the lid, and let it sit for a few minutes.
- Sugar substitute: 1 tablespoon

Grind the oatmeal, add eggs and milk to it, and mix everything together in a blender.
- Oat flakes: 3 tablespoons
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Milk: 1 tablespoon

Add cinnamon to the apples, pour with the prepared mixture, cover with a lid, and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Cinnamon: to taste

Then fold the oatmeal pancake in half and place it on a plate.
