Pancakes with sausage and cheese are a hearty and aromatic dish of Russian cuisine, perfect for breakfast or a cozy home dinner. The recipe is based on tender pancakes made with kefir and corn starch, giving them softness and elasticity. The filling harmoniously combines two types of cheese—mozzarella and cheddar—complementing the taste of delicate boiled sausage. During cooking, the pancakes absorb the cheesy aroma while the sausage becomes even juicier. Wrapped in an appetizing envelope and lightly fried, they acquire a golden crust. This dish is especially good with sour cream or tomato sauce and is also great for a quick snack. The simplicity of preparation and rich flavor make it a favorite choice for the whole family.
