Prepare all the ingredients.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.

In a large bowl, mix scallops and melted butter.
- Scallops: 12 pieces
- Butter: 45 g

In another bowl, mix brown sugar, cumin, fenugreek, and cayenne pepper.
- Brown sugar: 60 g
- Ground cumin (zira): 1 teaspoon
- Fenugreek: 1 teaspoon
- Ground cayenne pepper: 0.3 teaspoon

Cut the bacon slices in half and coat them in the spice mixture.
- Bacon: 6 pieces

Wrap each scallop with a slice of bacon and secure it with a toothpick.
