Bread with seeds for healthy eating

Seed crackers are a true embodiment of Estonian healthy eating tradition. The roots of this recipe go back to the past when humble and nutritious ingredients were used to prepare healthy and hearty dishes. These crispy crackers, rich in the flavor of pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, and flax seeds, have subtle nutty notes slightly enhanced by poppy seeds. Corn flour gives them lightness and a pleasant texture. Perfect for breakfast or a snack, they pair wonderfully with cheese, avocado, hummus or honey. Baking at low temperatures preserves all the beneficial properties of the ingredients. The taste of Estonia in every bite!
