Cottage cheese envelopes with greens are a refined dish of Caucasian cuisine, embodying the tenderness of cottage cheese, the spiciness of suluguni cheese, and the freshness of greens. It resembles traditional pies of the Caucasian peoples but has a lighter texture due to the use of thin Armenian lavash. The crispy golden crust, aroma of baked cheese, and pleasant nutty hint from flax seeds make each bite a true gastronomic delight. This dish is perfect for breakfast, a snack, or a light dinner, especially when paired with green tea or fermented milk drinks. The ease of preparation and availability of ingredients make it an excellent choice for those who appreciate simplicity and flavor. Try it out and it will become your favorite treat!
