Prepare all the products.

Wash the egg, place it in a glass, pour boiling water for 30 seconds, take it out, and wipe it.

Crack the egg and carefully place it in a mixing bowl, ensuring the yolk remains intact. Important: the mixing bowl should match the size of the blender or be slightly larger.

Add salt.
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon

Add sugar.
- Sugar: 1 teaspoon

Add mustard.
- Mustard: 1 teaspoon

Add vinegar and pour in vegetable oil.
- Vinegar 9%: 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil: 280 ml

Place the blender in the cup so that the egg is completely under the blender's foot.

In the first 30 seconds, try not to move the blender, then lift it slightly up and down for another 30 seconds.

Transfer the mayonnaise to a storage container and keep it in the refrigerator for no more than a week.
