Blackberry jam

Prepare all the ingredients.

Sterilize jars and lids for jam over steam for 15-20 minutes.

Sort the blackberries and remove all leaves and stems. Rinse in cold water, then leave in a strainer for 15 minutes to allow the water to drain.

Transfer the berries to a pot for jam, sprinkle with sugar, and add water.
- Blackberry: 500 g
- Sugar: 500 g
- Water: 2 tablespoons

Shake the pot with berries several times so they release juice faster and the sugar turns blackberry colored.

Place the pot on low heat and bring to a boil.

Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent the jam from burning.

Transfer the jam to jars and seal with lids.

Turn upside down and cover with a blanket. Leave until completely cool.
