Crisp biscuits are not only dry cookies that you can break your teeth on, but also a traditional French type of baking. Here is a good recipe by Victoria Ostanina - curd and banana biscuits made from two types of flour and cocoa.

1
Mash 200 grams of cottage cheese with a fork, add 2 eggs, add sweetener, and mix well.
- Cottage cheese: 400 g
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Stevia extract: to taste
2
Mix both types of flour with cocoa and add to the cottage cheese mixture.
- Rice flour: 90 g
- Whole wheat flour: 90 g
- Cocoa: 2 teaspoons
3
Knead the dough, roll it into a ball, and place it in a bag in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
4
For the filling: mash 200 grams of cottage cheese with a fork, add 2 egg yolks, sweetener, and vanillin, and mix well.
- Cottage cheese: 400 g
- Egg yolk: 2 pieces
- Stevia extract: to taste
- Vanillin: pinch
5
Divide the dough and filling into 2 parts.
6
Roll the dough into 2 circles, place 1/2 of the filling on each, leaving 2 cm at the edges.
7
Top with sliced bananas, fold the loose edges, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bananas: 2 pieces
- Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
8
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
