Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Mix semolina and flour.
- Semolina: 420 g
- Wheat flour: 75 g

Add 220 g of sugar, coconut flakes, yogurt, vanilla, and melted butter to a bowl. If the mixture seems too thick, you can add a little milk.
- Sugar: 550 g
- Coconut flakes: 90 g
- Natural yoghurt: 200 g
- Vanilla extract: 5 ml
- Butter: 200 g

Spread the mixture in a greased pan.

Cut the pie into diamonds.

Place an almond in the center of each diamond. Bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.

Prepare the syrup. Bring water with sugar to a boil in a pot, stirring.
- Water: 250 ml

Boil for 5 minutes without stirring, then add lemon juice and remove from heat.
