Diet banana muffins on kefir

50 minutes
Dietary banana muffins with kefir are a light and airy treat perfect for those watching their nutrition. Inspired by American cuisine, this recipe offers a healthy alternative to classic muffins by replacing sugar with stevia extract and using whole grain flour for added nutritional value. Tender banana pieces provide natural sweetness to the baked goods, while kefir makes the dough especially soft. A hint of cinnamon and vanilla enhances the flavor, creating a cozy aroma. With minimal fat content, these muffins are great for breakfast or a snack without feeling heavy. They are convenient to take on the go, pair well with tea or coffee, and can also serve as a base for a light dessert with yogurt and fruits.
