Turkey and Spinach Pie

Prepare the dough. In one container, soften the butter and beat it until white. Add eggs and cream, and mix gently. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt into a mound on the table. Make a well in the center of the mound and gradually pour in the cream-egg mixture. Knead a soft dough, roll it into a ball, wrap it in film, and place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Butter: 125 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Cream 20%: 60 ml
- Wheat flour: 350 g
- Baking powder: 1.5 teaspoon
- Salt: pinch

On a floured surface, roll out 2/3 of the dough into a thin layer. Return the remaining dough to the refrigerator. Grease a rectangular baking dish (about 900 ml capacity) and line it with the dough layer. Place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Wash the spinach, trim the stems, place it in a pan and cook on low heat without adding water until the leaves wilt. Transfer to a colander and press with hands to let all the liquid drain. If frozen, simply thaw and let the water drain.
- Spinach: 250 g

Mix cottage cheese with nutmeg and yolk. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cottage cheese: 250 g

Wash the turkey fillet and cut it into small pieces across the fibers. Place two-thirds of the fillet pieces at the bottom of the dough form. Top with half of the prepared cottage cheese, sprinkle with green onions and spinach. Repeat the layers, finishing with pieces of fillet.
- Turkey fillet: 500 g
- Green onion feathers: 40 g
- Spinach: 250 g

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Roll out the reserved piece of dough and place it on top of the pie. Press the edges tightly and trim the excess dough. Prick the dough on top with a fork and bake in the oven for about 1 hour - 1 hour 15 minutes.
