Apple Muffins (Vegan)

Apple muffins are a delicate pastry with a rich fruity flavor, popular in American cuisine. Their recipe is based on using bananas that give the dough natural sweetness and softness, while apples add juiciness and a fresh aroma. Oats and wheat flour provide a dense yet airy texture, and coconut flakes finish the profile with a refined touch. This dessert is perfect for breakfast or a light snack, offering a balance of nutrients and delightful taste without animal products. Vegan muffins are especially valued for their simplicity in preparation and natural ingredients that make them a healthy choice for any occasion.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
2
Cut one large or two small apples into small cubes and set aside in a large bowl. Mash the bananas (they should be black — the blacker, the better) into a smooth mixture and mix with the apple.
