Gulab Jamun is the embodiment of Indian sweetness, delicate, aromatic balls soaked in fragrant sugar syrup with hints of cardamom. This dessert, originating from India, is considered a symbol of celebration and hospitality. Its roots are said to trace back to ancient times when exquisite sweets were prepared for kings in palaces. The taste of Gulab Jamun features a wonderful combination of softness, creamy sweetness, and subtle Eastern spices. The perfect balance is achieved through a delicate dough made from dry milk and flour that acquires a golden crust after frying. Dipped in warm syrup, the balls become juicy and melt in the mouth.
