30 minutes
Dukan's chocolate pudding is a light and airy dessert that captivates with its rich chocolate flavor and velvety texture. Based on the principles of the Dukan diet, it contains no sugar or fat while remaining tender and appetizing. The recipe's origins stem from healthy eating ideas adapted for those who want to enjoy sweets without harming their figure. Cocoa gives it a deep chocolate note, while vanilla adds a light aroma. Gelatin makes the texture firm yet delicate at the same time. This pudding is perfect as a morning treat or as a light dessert after lunch. It can be served chilled or slightly thawed to reveal its creamy structure fully. It's not just a dessert—it's an art of enjoying flavor without guilt.
