In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa, sugar (70 g), and vanillin. Add chopped butter and rub it with the flour into crumbs.
- Wheat flour: 300 g
- Cocoa: 4 tablespoons
- Sugar: 220 g
- Vanillin: pinch
- Butter: 200 g

Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve or use an immersion blender. Add sour cream and starch. Mix thoroughly.
- Cottage cheese: 500 g
- Sour cream: 150 g
- Cornstarch: 2 tablespoons

Whisk the eggs with the remaining sugar (150 g) until fluffy, then add to the cottage cheese and mix.
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Sugar: 220 g

Line a 24-26 cm springform with parchment. Pour half of the crumbs into the bottom and level it. Pour the cottage cheese mixture over the bottom layer of crumbs. Sprinkle the second half of the crumbs on top.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour. Check readiness with a wooden stick.
