A recipe by Lara Katsova from the book "Home Cooking". The book contains dishes that are generous in taste and do not require too many complicated culinary manipulations: pates, cutlets, where greens play the same role as meat, chicken hearts in sour cream, stuffed peppers, scrambled eggs with zucchini, rabbit roast and other Odessa comforts. Here is what Lara herself says about the recipe: "In my opinion, this is a very family recipe. You can cook it with your little children or even with your grandchildren. The main thing is to resist and not gobble it up with the whole company right at the stove. Apple slices are also delicious cold, so you can cook them, take them with you on the road or on a picnic.
