Candied fruits, nuts, condensed milk, rum and chocolate are optional, but it is this mixture that makes this dessert amazing.

1
Place butter, chocolate, cocoa, sugar, vanillin, and condensed milk in a saucepan and stir while bringing to a boil over medium heat.
- Butter: 250 g
- Dark chocolate: 100 g
- Cocoa powder: 4 tablespoons
- Sugar: 50 g
- Vanillin: pinch
- Condensed milk: 200 g
2
Grate the zest of 1 orange on a fine grater — just the peel (the white part adds bitterness). Chop the nuts finely. Crumble the cookies into pieces of varying sizes (from very small, 'dust', to fairly large, up to 7 mm in diameter). Mix all 3 ingredients.
- Candied orange peel: 1 piece
- Nuts: 5 tablespoon
- Cookie: 200 g
3
Pour everything into a saucepan and mix well. You may need more cookies: the mixture should be thick enough.
- Cookie: 200 g
4
Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to thicken slightly. Then cut out 2 squares of baking paper, divide the mass into two parts and spread each on a sheet of paper, shaping it into a sausage and rolling it in the paper, sealing the ends (twisting or securing with clips) and leave in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until fully set.
5
When the salami is completely hardened, sprinkle it with powdered sugar through a sieve and rub it with your hands.
- Powdered sugar: 30 g
