Preparation: 2-3 hours before making the pie, thinly slice the apples into half-moons. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, add the juice of half a lemon. Mix well. Let sit until the apples soften.

- Sugar: 100 g

For the dough (1 chicken egg, 50 g powdered sugar, 150 g flour, 1 pinch of salt, 100 g butter), prepare shortcrust pastry. Beat the softened butter with the sugar, add the egg, salt, and flour. Knead a soft non-sticky dough. Place in the refrigerator.
- Chicken egg: 4 pieces
- Powdered sugar: 50 g
- Wheat flour: 200 g
- Salt: pinch
- Butter: 100 g

For the filling: milk — 400 ml, white wine — 100 ml, egg yolks — 3 pcs, vanillin — 1 tsp, orange zest — 1 tsp, sugar — 100 g, flour — 4 tbsp, apples — 6 pcs, sugar — 100 g, ground cinnamon — 1 tbsp. For the cream, mix flour with sugar, vanilla, and zest. Add the yolks and a little milk. Stir until smooth. Add the remaining milk and wine. Cook the cream, stirring constantly to avoid lumps, and cool.
- Milk: 400 ml
- Dry white wine: 100 ml
- Vanillin: 1 teaspoon
- Orange zest: 1 teaspoon
- Sugar: 100 g
- Wheat flour: 200 g
- Apple: 6 pieces

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Roll out the dough thinly, place it in a greased mold. Prick with a fork. Add the cream.

Form roses from apples by twisting the slices into roses. Place the roses on top. Sprinkle with sugar.
