Khachapuri with cottage cheese dough is a variation of the traditional Georgian dish that enchants with its soft, airy dough and rich cheese filling. Unlike classic khachapuri, it uses cottage cheese dough that adds tenderness and a subtle milky flavor to the dish. The cheese filling combines semi-hard cheeses, eggs, sour cream, and garlic to create an amazing balance of saltiness and creamy texture. It’s an ideal choice for breakfast or a cozy family dinner. Khachapuri can be served with greens, fresh vegetables or sauces, creating a new flavor accent each time. Georgian cuisine is famous for its soulful dishes, and this recipe is no exception: it brings warmth and joy to every home where it is prepared.
