Preheat the oven to 180°C

Cut the pears into four pieces and remove the seeds.
- Pears: 2 pieces

Place a teaspoon of honey in the hollow of the pears and sprinkle cinnamon on top (you can also add a bit of clove and star anise for aroma).
- Honey: 4 teaspoons
- Cinnamon: pinch
