Kutaby with greens

One of the simplest Azerbaijani dishes, flatbreads with different fillings. Most often it is greens, cheese or cheese with greens. There can be much more greens, it all depends on taste preferences.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Mix the flour with salt, pour in a quarter cup of warm water and stir.
- Wheat flour: 2 glasss
- Salt: 10 g
- Water: 0.5 glass

Pour in the remaining water, stirring constantly. Knead a stiff dough.
- Water: 0.5 glass

Chop the greens.
- Fresh cilantro (coriander): 1 bunch
- Parsley: 1 bunch
- Green onions: 1 bunch

Mix with 100 grams of melted butter.
- Butter: 150 g

Divide the dough into four equal parts.

Roll each one into a thin pancake about 1 millimeter thick.

Place the filling on half of the rolled dough, cover with the other half, and seal the edges with a fork. It is important to leave as little air inside as possible.

Place the kutabs on a preheated dry skillet and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side over low heat.

Grease the finished kutabs with butter.
